"Kudos to Matt Schaaf! He is a great insurance agent and never too busy to pick-up a call. The other night, we had a slight water problem with our sump pump. I didn’t know if it could lead to much worse during the night. I called Matt and he asked me to send a video and a couple of pictures. Said it was a simple fix and no worries. The next morning it was fixed in 10 minutes. Awesome customer service."
